Why isn't customer credit card info forwarding to DSers/AliExpress?

Hello, 

My customer paid for an item at my store with a credit card and the page says fulfilment in progress,

I went to DSers/AliExpress and clicked payment on the item and it sent me to a page for credit card information for me to fill out, why isn't my customers credit card not forwarding to Dsers/AliExpress? I'm confused and have

been trying to resolve this issue by watching tutorials but nothing seems to cover the subject, can you 

please help me figure how to fix this?

Hi Todd,

I am assuming you are dropshipping with Dsers/AliExpress. I think Dsers or other dropshipping services suppliers do not take payments you received from your customers on your Shopify store. You will need to order (pay) on AliExpress with the customers delivery details to have the item shipped directly to your customers - this is how dropshipping works. With regard to the amount your customer paid, Shopify will deposit that to your bank account after few days.

This same issue occured with me and it says the order expired on aliexpress because it wasn't paid in time. I have decided to take your route of manually purchasing it but the money from the purchase still says pending and doesn't have a payout date on shopify.
