Why isn't local delivery working as a shipping option on my store?

I cannot get local delivery working as a shipping option on my store www.thatchandroses.com

I *think* I have it all set up correctly but cannot pin point the issue to resolve it!

For local delivery to work, you need to have at least 2 locations. That is something I am unable to check.

Also, in Settings > Checkout, enabling "address auto completion" may help.
