Why isn't my 100% discount working on specific footwear in my online store?

Greetings! I've codified a discount in my online store to have a specific footwear with nine variants for free (100% discount) with the purchase of at least $100. However, when testing the same it didn't work. I saw the video of how to create a discount that Shopify provides, but it didn't help. Can something help me with this! I'd appreciate it!

Others do not know or see what you see.

You need to drastically increase the quality of the communication to drastically increase your chances at a relevant response or solution.

If you reference a resource,  like a video or a product, then always provide a public link to it.

If you used steps to create something , elaborate so it's possible to reproduce.

Avoid vague "not working" or similar statements be explicit in steps taking to reproduce the problem.

Etc.
