Why isn't my CashEnvoy or Paypal payment method working properly?

Have activated CashEnvoy.. But it is not working properly.

Tried activating Paypal, but still no luck?

Thanks for letting us know your concerns with CashEnvoy and PayPal.

Firstly, have you managed to follow along with the installation guides below or got stuck at any point?

This sounds like it could possibly be a browser-related issue. My suggestion would be to either log in to your Shopify admin from a different browser and try to establish the connection again. For example, if you are using Safari, try this action on Google Chrome. You can also try clearing your browser's cache by following these steps here and using an incognito window, but trying from a new browser entirely should hopefully do the trick.

If the issue persists, I'd love to understand a bit more about this in order to help you out! Are you met with any errors when trying to set up either payment method? If so, please provide screenshots, this will help us to troubleshoot together.

TIP: A normal process in owning a business is your partners (including the services you incorporate into your business) managing their risk, however, new entrepreneurs have difficulty navigating their way around these situations. If you find yourself with PayPal holding your funds you have some steps they recommend to follow here. The better you manage your business, the less likely it is you'll encounter difficult situations with your payment gateways. Don't forget that you can eliminate your transaction fees with us by adding Shopify Payments as a gateway (if supported in your country) option for your customers as well.
