Why isn't my credit card processing working after site migration?

Hi, I migrated a new site and when I did I disconnected Square 2.1 by mistake.  Is this the reason my credit card authorizing is no longer going through? If yes, how do I reconnect it.  I can't find it in the apps.  Also, I have been approved by Bankful and it says that cards are ready to be processed, but these transactions are not going through either.  Please help me trouble shoot what has happened to my payment authorizations.  I am a CBD business that has been approved by Square and Bankful.  I have been trying to find someone in customer support for days now.  Thank you.

I understand that you've migrated your store onto Shopify and the credit card processing with square is no longer authorizing. While Square can be used as a custom payment option for in-person sales using the Shopify POS, the supported payment gateways for selling CBC in the US are Bankful and Digipay so you likely just need to connect Bankful as a third-party payment gateway for your store. However, before you can start selling CBD on Shopify, you will also need to submit an 'Attestation for the Sale of Hemp and Hemp-Derived Products'. If you haven't done that yet, then we'd recommend carefully reviewing our guide on 'Selling CBD on Shopify in the United States'. Should you still need to get in touch with our live support team, then we'd be happy to further assist you through live chats. Thanks, I had done all of that – attestation and gateway app. I was able to work with the gateway app provider to troubleshoot the issue and I am now up and running.
