Why isn't my DSers app showing payment method for order fulfillment?

Hi! I need help with my order fulfillment. When I go to fulfill the order and go to the DSers application and go to awaiting payment and click the order and click make payment it takes me to the alixpress store and does not say choose payment method like it should.

I had the same problem, but I might have the solution.

When I made the payment via Aliexpress (Dsers took me there) when I returned to Dsers it said that the payment was still pending. I waited a few minutes and it continued pending.

I went back to Shopify, went to Orders, clicked on the order and went to the three points and asked to "Open in Dsers" and it solved the problem, Dsers identified the payment
