Why isn't my flat rate free shipping option showing up?

hello, how come my flat rate FREE shipping rate is not working?

I gave in 150€ and when I test it doesn't show the free shipping option... keep charging the regular weight

Welcome to the Shopify Community. Sorry to hear you've been experiencing troubles with your flat free shipping rate based on a certain value. Are all of your products in one shipping profile (general profile) or do you have more than one shipping profile for different products? 

Make sure that all shipping profiles have the 150€ + free shipping rate. When you check each shipping profile, you'll need to make sure each shipping zone has the 150€ + free shipping rate. For example, here's a screenshot from my test store of a general profile, with more three different zones. Each zone must have this shipping rate for it to apply at the checkout:
