Why isn't my IBAN accepted for Shopify Payments activation?

My IBAN was not accepted. 10 days ago I contacted a support adviser and received a ticket number. Since then nothing has happened. I cannot contact another adviser and mine is not responding to my messages. I don't have an explanation for why it doesn't work, I don't have an estimated time to wait. I was just left to wait. What can I do to activate my Shopify Payments? Or contact another adviser?
