Why isn't my new BigThinking account working after linking with PayPal?

Is your myshopify.com URL bigthinking.myshopify.com? If so, the site appears to be online. What are you seeing when you try and access the admin and the storefront? The screenshot you've shared also shows the admin.

Okay, thank you. Could you please try loading the admin in a different browser, such as Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox, and let me know if you're still getting this 500 error message? Please also make sure you're using the latest version of a supported browser when accessing the admin.
