Why isn't my order payment showing up in my balance account?

I expected to See my Shopify Balance top up but it hasn't. The order is 3 days old which it now shows the payment in Shopify payments but it doesn't have a pending transaction for the Shopify Balance. When will it appear in my Shopify Balance account?

Can you tell me the exact day and time the payment was made? It is most likely that the payment is still processing but knowing the exact day/time will help to confirm this. The processing time varies depending upon where you are located. For example, for the USA the time is 2 business days from when a charge is processed (not including weekends) so given that today is Monday, it is possible that you are still within the processing window.
