Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have been in contact with Shopify as to why my payment is not being made. They keep saying it will be here by this time (which is constantly changing) Today was the date for payment and no response and they also have blocked me from contacting them. I am a small business and need to get my payout consistently. Waiting 2 weeks is not an acceptable time frame. Now it will be next week before payment and any return answer. any help
I'm sorry for the issue you are facing, but I will like to know which payment option you added to your store to receive payment.
I am not sure what you are asking - I was being paid out weekly. then I switched to the annual plan and also changed the date from Monday payout to Thursday payout. The system froze my account and they keep telling me different dates the payout will actually happen. Supposedly it will be today - we will see. (It has been since the first week in February - and still no money) But funny I still have to pay all my bills!
