I have paypal payment method activeted linked with Paypal business account
i don't know why paypal check out not appearing while customers checkout
website location in egypt and the paypal account also

Thanks for reaching out here. I can see you are experiencing some issues with PayPal on your Shopify store.
As you can see on our Egypt payment gateway page here, PayPal Express Checkout should indeed be available for you to use on your store.
When you navigate to the Settings > Payments section of your admin, can you confirm that PayPal is listed there and is set up correctly? You should see a section called 'Status' - does it say anything such as 'Setup Incomplete' here? Feel free to send a screenshot of this section, as it would help to understand what is happening (please be sure to not include any private or sensitive information as this is a public forum).
I would also recommend logging in to your PayPal Business account over on the PayPal.com website, and making sure all looks OK there with your account. You could consider reaching out to PayPal support to ask them to confirm that your account is in good standing.
Have you made any changes to your store theme such as code edits relating to PayPal? Or are you using any apps that integrate with payment methods on your store? if you are comfortable doing so, feel free to share your store URL, and I check to see if PayPal appears in your checkout on my side.

I tested an order in your checkout using the URL you provided, and I can confirm that the only payment option that is showing as available for me is Cash on Delivery (COD):
PayPal is indeed not showing as a payment option for me either, which suggests something isn't quite right with the PayPal integration on your store. You mentioned that you sent a screenshot, however I am unable to see it - can you please try re-sending the screenshot.
You mentioned that the website location is Egypt - can you also confirm that Egypt has been selected in your Store details settings page in your shopify admin? Can you also confirm if you have made any changes to your theme code or installed/removed any apps to your store recently?
Please note that if this is preventing your store from making sales, then it would be a good idea to reach out to our support team using our help center here. That way, you can speak to a live support advisor who can authenticate you on the store and take a closer look.
