Why isn't my PayPal Express Button showing up at checkout?

Hi there,

 

We were made aware that our PayPal Express Button is not displaying in the checkout. Where the Button is supposed to be there is just a blank space. I attached a screenshot of it.

I already checked that the express option is enabled and the connection to Paypal is up and running.

Has anybody an idea what the issue might be and how to fix it?

In order to better assist you, I'd like to gather further context into what you are experiencing:

 

  • Did the icon previously display, and stopped suddenly? 
  • If yes, have you added any new apps or customized the code in your store around this timeline?
  • Which theme are you using?
  • Did you insert the payment button via custom code on pages other than the checkout?
  • I also noticed there is no screenshot attached to your message, are you able to send that again along with a link to your store?

That will give me a better understanding of what is going on and how you can rectify this going forward.
