Why isn't my refund showing up after processing a payment?

Two customers ordered something from me on November 24th, and I refunded it but it isn't showing up as a refud. How long does it take for payments to process?

That may depend on the payment method.

What does the "Timeline" section on the order details page (in the admin dashboard) say?
