Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I registered a long time ago. and received confirmation that I can sell in installments. made 1 order. and now the account says - Your store can't accept Shop Pay Installments orders. To see if the suspension can be lifted, you will need to contact support.
I contacted support - they do not see the problem. The store fits all criteria. and sent an application. And silence!

I definitely understand how important it is to get this issue resolved. Our escalated teams strive to reply back within 2-3 business days, but sometimes it can take longer then that. If our support has confirmed that your ticket has been escalated, then please rest assured that you will be hearing from them soon.
Also, please feel free to share a link to your online store. I would be happy to have a look and see if I can offer any suggestions or possible concerns that could have caused this type of hold.
