Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I received an email that it is enabled on the risk side of shopify payments but still not active on my end . No additional documents are needed and I was instructed to reach out to customer support to find out what's going on im still currently using stripe.
Consider sending an email to the merchant support team, and let them look into the account.

Hi there @Salonc!
Thanks for sharing your query and that info with us here in the Shopify Community.
You can see how to set up Shopify Payments for your store here on our help site.
Are you able to see the option to add this currently in the settings > payments menu in your Shopify admin, or is it not available or showing as in progress or blocked?
If you need to reach out for account-specific support, you can do so via our Help Centre here.
Could you let me know more about the instruction you refer to that no further documents were needed, but you should reach out to support?
Let me know as much as you can about the situation and what you can see there in terms of payment settings so we can check this out together!

Hi again @Salonc!
Apologies for my delay in getting back to you here, as I have been away from work myself for a number of days.
In order to take a look at the status of your Shopify Payments account, we would need to have you reach out via the Help Centre as outlined above.
You mentioned that you had tried to access support from there already to no avail, so I can share some tips on how to navigate that page to access those options.
If you enter the topic you need support with when prompted, you can scroll down the screen to see your options for getting support.
There you can click to continue to 'Get support' to access account support via email, live chat, etc.
If you find you're being 'looped' back to the Help Centre page when doing so, we can advise a few steps you can take to ensure your browser will work with Shopify correctly.
Check that you're using a supported browser first and that it's as up-to-date as possible.
It's also a good idea to clear the cache on that browser from time to time to ensure proper functionality.
Let me know if you're still having any sort of issue with accessing support via the Help Centre there, so we can be sure you get the support you need with this.
