You maybe did not set up shipping profiles

There could be several reasons why Shopify is not accepting customer addresses for shipment. Here are some possible solutions:

  1. Check for errors: Make sure that the customer has entered their address correctly, including the correct postal code, state/province, and country. Sometimes customers may accidentally leave out important information, which can cause issues with shipping.

  2. Verify address: Use a service like Shopify's built-in address verification or a third-party service like AddressValidator to verify the customer's address. These services can help ensure that the address is valid and formatted correctly.

  3. Check shipping settings: Make sure that your shipping settings are configured correctly. Check that you have the correct shipping rates set up for each region and that you have enabled shipping to the customer's location.

  4. Try a different shipping carrier: If you are having issues with a particular shipping carrier, try using a different one. Shopify supports many different carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, so you may be able to find one that works better for your customers.

  5. Contact Shopify support: If you have tried all of these solutions and are still having issues with shipping, contact Shopify support for further assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and find a solution that works for your store.

Hi @SouLLondon ,

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about this issue. I understand it is very important to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Now, to provide the best advice possible, you need to share more information on the case. Does this happen to customers directly while adding their address on shipping section of the online checkout? Or does this happen to you when you manually add their addresses to draft orders?

If you have an example or a screenshot showing the issue and/or error message, that would be very helpful in further troubleshooting.
