Why isn't my store set up to receive orders even after setting up a payment method?

Hi guys. I have a question about checkouts. On my store when i try to checkout it takes me to a page which says this store isn't set up to receive orders yet, i have set up a payment method, does anyone know why this is happening, Thanks

Thank you for reaching out and posting this question. 

 

If your store is not set up to receive orders, then it's possible that your store is still on trial and the checkout has not been enabled yet. In order to have an active checkout, your store will need to be subscribed to one of our monthly plans. Did you get a chance to review the Shopify pricing and decide on a suitable plan to move forward with?

 

Once you've selected a plan for your store, the checkout will become active and you will not lose any of the remaining trial time. Since you're a new member of our Shopify Community, then I'd love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. What types of products are you looking to sell? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

i have subscribed as well but it still is says "Your store is not ready to take orders" and note. I haven't attached the domain yet.
