Why isn't my website's checkout function working properly?

Hey guys, my name is Natalie and I have started a small little business. 

I am trying to test Checkout on my website but apparently, my items added to the cart can't be shipped to the address I put in & don't offer to ship to the destination I filled in. (I live in Australia). 

I checked multiple times that where I'm shipping is to Australia and available for all states in Australia and services available for Parcel Post & Express Post. Someone please help me, I'm stressing out!
