Why isn't my Wise payment verification working on Shopify?

I want to receive payment via Wise with Shopify payment, but even though I sent all the necessary documents, the payment is not verified, I need manual help.

I can confirm that while virtual bank accounts (like Wise) are supported by Shopify Payments, they have a much higher failure rate for payouts.

In order to use Shopify Payments the bank account should be a full checking account, in the correct currency, eligible for ACH transfers (or the transfer type in their region) and debits from Shopify.

If you find that your virtual account is still unable to receive payouts from Shopify Payments it would be advisable to change this for a real, physical bank account in order to ensure you can get payouts where you are.
