Why isn't my Zendrop supplier receiving payment after test purchase?

So I'm using zendrop as a supplier. I did a test buy purchasing product from my store because I was seeing that I was getting a lot of traffic but no customer. So I thought let me check if checkout is working. So I purchased two products. The first time it didn't even show that the order was placed and money was taken from my bank. The second time order showed and money was taken from my bank however My supplier now isn't getting paid. Please someone help me. I have contact support with the chat options. Has anyone else ever had this issue?
