I’ve been using Shopify and Royal Mail Click & Drop for years. I’ve recently noticed that although orders are being brought in to Royal Mail they are not being updated as despatched on Shopify and therefore not email the customer or supplying the tracking information. Please help as this is creating problems.

I think in the end I disconnected and reconnected the app and it worked again. It resynced and bought in the missing orders. It didn’t add the tracking to royalmail for the older orders but everything new is working fine now. I hope that helps.
