Why isn't shipping displaying at checkout in our store?

Hi,

At our store shipping is not showing "Checkout" to any country.

Need help to fix.

There are multiple reasons as to why you would encounter this shipping error at the checkout. In most cases, the reasons involve your shipping setup. To pinpoint the cause of the error and to fix it, we need to check your shipping settings in your admin and make necessary adjustments so your store is configured to ship to your shipping zones.

To check your shipping settings, you can go to Settings > Shipping and delivery in your Shopify admin; click Manage beside the shipping profile you're using and review the following:

  1. In the Products section, can you find the product that you added to the cart?
    • Products need to appear in the shipping profile for the relevant shipping rate to be offered when they are purchased in your store.
      • If you are working with the general profile and the products are not here, they are likely in a different shipping profile. You will need to manage the other (custom) shipping profile(s) and remove the products from there.
      • If you are working with a custom shipping profile and the products are not here, you can click Add products to add them.
  2. In the Shipping from section, do you see the location where your products are stocked?
    • The location that contains the products needs to be set as a shipping origin so your store knows it can ship from that location.
      • If the location is not in the Shipping from section, scroll down to the Not shipping from section and click Add rates to add the location as a shipping origin.
  3. In the Shipping to section, have all the countries you ship to been added as a shipping zone?
    • There needs to be a zone for the countries you ship to so your store knows it can ship to that location.
      • If the relevant countries are not here, you can click Create shipping zone to add them.
      • If the relevant countries are already listed here, you can double-check that the appropriate regions, provinces, counties, or states have been added. This can be checked by clicking the ellipsis or the three dots opposite to the shipping zone and selecting Edit zone.
  4. Under the shipping zones, you'll find your shipping rates. If you're using weight-based or price-based flat shipping rates, do they accommodate the attributes of your cart? If you're using calculated rates with Shopify Shipping, do the shipping services support the type of package you're sending?
    • Is there a shipping rate for the exact price of the cart?
    • Is there a shipping rate for the total weight of the order? Take note that the total weight doesn't only add the product weights together, but also the packaging weight.
    • Shipping services of shipping carriers support different packaging or order attributes. To learn more you may contact their support team using the contact details of the appropriate carrier through the relevant links on this page.

Hi,

 

Thank you so much Summer, for your reply, all setting were perfect and working well, from recently we are facing this issue.

Need help to fix this ASAP.
