Why isn't shipping working during my Black Friday sale?

For some reason my shipping is not working on my account. I am running a Black Friday sale, and for some reason my shipping rates are not being added to my customers orders. Is anyone else having this issue. I never had this issued before. Can someone please assist if possible on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
