Why isn't Shop Pay appearing in my payment methods?

i try to  Αctive shop pay but there isn t in payment methods.i talked with a customer service bot byt really didint help. Any idea?

I understand that you are having issues with Shop Pay appearing as an accelerated checkout button on your store. In order to activate the button, you will want to ensure that you are following the steps below: 

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. In the Shopify Payments section, click Manage.
  3. In the Shop Pay section, check Shop Pay.
  4. Click Save.

If you are using a third party gateway, the steps will be slightly different:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. In the Third-party payment providers section, click Manage.
  3. In the Shop Pay section, check Enable Shop Pay.
  4. Click Save.
  5. In the Shop Pay section, click Complete set up.
  6. Enter the required details about your online store and banking information, and then click Save.
