Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Initially, I integrated Stripe as my payment provider, and everything worked smoothly. However, I decided to give Shopify Payments a try, so I switched my payment settings and Stripe disappeared as an option.
Shopify Payments seemed like a great choice at first. However, I encountered an unexpected problem. When I tested the checkout process using the "Bogus" payment method (for testing purposes), and then switched back to Shopify Payments, it no longer appeared as a payment option during the actual checkout process. Strangely enough, it only shows up in test mode.
I've double-checked my payment settings to ensure that Shopify Payments is properly enabled for live transactions, but the issue persists. I'm a bit puzzled as to why it's not showing up when customers try to make a purchase.
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? If so, I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions you may have. How did you resolve the issue? Is there something I'm missing or overlooking in the integration process?

Hi, @Fxzz.
For context, in regions where Shopify Payments is available, Stripe isn't automatically listed as a gateway that merchants can select. While Shopify Payments is powered by Stripe, we do understand that Stripe does offer some features and functionalities that aren't currently available within Shopify Payments — so for this reason we provide merchants the ability to apply for a manual review for the possibility of enabling the Stripe payment gateway on their store.
Because of this manual aspect of enabling Stripe from our end, if a store deactivates Stripe it's expected that it will be completely removed as an option of available gateways from their list of payment providers. If you'd like to have it re-enabled again, you will need to get in touch with our live support team, who can then escalate your request to the most appropriate internal financial team. They'll be able to further assist you from there.
Where your Shopify Payments issue is concerned however, did you completely deactivate the Bogus Gateway so that it's removed from your store's checkout? Take a look at steps 8 and 9 in this guide, to double check. For future references, I recommend following the instructions listed in this help guide instead, if you're looking to test out your checkout process and have Shopify Payments enabled on your store.
If after double checking the instructions above you're still unable to see the Shopify Payments gateway on your store's checkout, feel free to share a link to your website here so that I can check through your store's checkout from my end.

Well i have contacted the support team yesterday, i have realized the issue with the stripe stuff already , but the issue with Shopify payments not showing up in the checkout for the customer still presists. The staff member i talked with said that Shopify payments is indeed actived and i will have to wait for an E-Mail from the Authentication Team i guess to fix the issue i guess.
