Why isn't Stripe appearing as a payment provider for my new store?

Why isnt stipe showing up as a payment provider for my store 9d08dd-3.myshopify.com where as it was avaliable for my previous store

I have a similar when trying to connect my stripe account under payment providers it won't show up and im based out of California??????

If you would like to use the Stripe payment gateway to allow your customers to complete the checkout process on your store. You will need to reach out to our live support with this to allow us to assist further. With that being said, you can get in touch with a Support Advisor by navigating to the Help Center.

When you arrive on the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant aware that you would like to Speak with support and you should be connected with a Support Advisor to discuss using the Stripe gateway.
