Why isn't the correct pincode being verified at checkout?

In the checkout page the address is getting accepted without any error even if the pincode of the district is entered wrong. For Instance for the district karur the pincode is supposed to be 639002 but it's accepting other district pincode 636701.

Please provide a solution to get this corrected.
