Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
When i print a label, It does not show the correct return address. I have checked in locations and it is correct but the UPS labels are showing a different address? We use a po box to accept returns why won't it print on the label?

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to provide you with some insight into this. It all depends on which carrier you are using for the return labels. Most merchants have USPS by default. For USPS, the return label address can be edited when creating the label and the edited address will be saved for the next label purchase. Our public doc here explains this in the instructions for creating a label if you wanted to take a look. You mention using UPS for your labels, however, if you have added your own UPS account through our carrier calculated shipping option, you will need to update your return address directly with UPS since merchants handle their own accounts when utilizing carrier calculated shipping.
