Why isn't the credit card option showing in my payment testing mode?

I was following the testing shopify payment video step by step and it is in testing mode but i only have paypal popping up on the testing mode paying page in my business page, the credit or debit card option does not pop up or give that option how do i fix it or what am i doing wrong.

Hey, @jessicaalmond! 

If Shopify Payments is setup, your customers should be able to pay with their credit card. They won't see this option until the last stage of the checkout, under the Payment tab. They'll see the PayPal option first (in the first stage of the checkout) because it is meant to be an express option. Hope that helps!

It also says on my home page "your shopify account is on hold" what does that mean

Thanks for the screenshot. If your Shopify Payments is currently on hold, this is likely related to not seeing that option in your checkout. Have you received any emails from our team about the hold? (Make sure to check your spam/junk folders just in case.)

  this is what it looks like when i go to the payment section i am in my testing mode and i am trying to check if my shopify payment works but i dont even have the credit or debit check like in the helpful video they have posted and how to walk you through it.
