Why isn't the credit card payment option appearing on my product pages?

The credit card payment option doesn't appear on my product pages even though my account is cleared for credit cards and the boxes are checked in my Settings. is this because i need to submit (documents - proof of identity)drivers license or identity card?Is My account on hold?  If so, how do I go about correcting this?

I just need to gather a bit more information on what your experiencing. If you are using Shopify Payments then you will have to submit documents with your ID. You should see a banner in your admin asking for proof of ID. Can you let me know if you see this?

In my admin, on the home tab i see nothing.  I'm imaging  that it would appear at the top of the page?

Were you able to talk with an advisor? Since you haven't received an email or a banner in your admin it would be best to talk to our Support Team, as they have access to your account information and can help get your payments working.

The "Support Team" link in your email times out before the page opens. I can't any email address for Support, just the "virtual assistant".  Using that I eventually get a real person responding, but often after 20 minutes to an hour.  And if  I don't get back to that page in time the conversation times out.  Very, very frustrating.  I'd rather not start my website over again with another e-comerse site, but may have to soon if youall can't fix this problem

How do I get in topuch with an actual support person.  I need to resolve this problem of CC payment option not showing on my product pages or during checkout.  Is there an email for tech support?

Currently, the only way to contact our Support Team is through the chat in our Help Center. Our Support Advisors can look into this and hopefully it fix it for you, if it requires our technical team then they will escalate your ticket to that team.

Hi Emily, 

I have similar issue with my Skandaal.cz shop, when I put thing into the cart, I dont see the possibility of paying by cart. I have sent all needed documents but Shopify sent me notification that my shop is blocked. I would appreciate help, thank you, regards, Lucie M.

I was able to go to your site and I do see a way to add items to the cart. Are you referring to the payment type? As I am only seeing bank transfer as an option.

Thats it, I dont know why there is no option of Card payment, i tried to set up several times but there is just bank transfer, which is complicating for my customers. How can I resolve?

I recommend going through a few of them and researching their fees and terms of service to ensure it is the best fit for you and your business.
