Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We are a Canadian-based business that ships mainly to the US. In our Shopify store, we have the option to select dynamic shipping rates through Canada Post in the dropdown when adding rates. The issue is that we do not have the option to select UPS even though it displays as a carrier option in the shipping label section. On the plans page, it clearly says that UPS is an option so I am not sure why we cannot seem to add rates with UPS.
We are also using the ShipStation app and have all of our shipping accounts set up there.
Why is UPS not showing up for us in Shopify? Please help as this is core to our business which recently moved to Canada from the US
Same question here. I see UPS in Shipping and delivery>Shopify Shipping and it is shows rates when I use the Calculate shipping rates button there. I am not able to make UPS appear anywhere else. I have tried to create a Custom Shipping Profile but when adding a rate, I only see Canada Post.
What am i missing?
I'd like to know the answer to this as well. It would really help me out to be able to ship via UPS to the US with the current postal strike.
