Why isn't Visa or MasterCard showing as payment options in Paysera?

I linked Paysera to the store on Shopify and chose the payment methods via Visa, MasterCard, and Paysera account, but when making an actual purchase experience, the choice of Visa or MasterCard does not appear, and only the option to pay with Paysera account appears.
Also I have installed an app
(All popular methods | Paysera) But when I go to the applications section, I can't find it

Thanks for reaching out in our Community Forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to point you in the right direction.

 

From my understanding, you linked the payment gateway Paysera to your Shopify store and your customers are only able to pay through a Paysera account. It's difficult to say as to what the issue could be as gateways can have different functionalities depending on the region. However, I was able to find an integration guide that may help you out. If you are still having issues, I suggest reaching out to their developers for support as they should be able to share some more information.

Thank you for confirming that. It's possible that there was an issue with the link from the support page. Kindly try out this link here and see if it works. You should be able to view the integration guide on how to successfully connect this gateway to your store. As mentioned, you may need to reach out to the developers to see if your store is eligible to support these additional payment methods.
