Why might the fulfillmentOrder delivery method be null?

When the delivery method for fulfillmentOrder can be null? I have an issue with one store that has null in this option for its orders.

Checked with the delivery folks on this one and they said:

I checked with other engineers from the team and the only way there will be no delivery method for a fulfillment order is if it gets created without a “fulfillment intent” (which is an internal term), BUT, to translate it, this can happen with orders created by apps (e.g. Shopify Collective, some draft orders) or imported into Shopify. If they have a specific order where they notice this happening, they can come back to us and we can check why there’s no delivery method for the fulfillment order.
