Shopify Payments accounts are sometimes placed on hold while our payments team review documentation that they need to verify. You should have seen a notice in your admin asking for documentation to be uploaded or received an email from our team explaining why the hold was placed and how to proceed.
If you have not heard from our team or are not sure what your next steps are, please contact our support team directly so that we can authenticate you on your store and provide you with an update on your ticket.
The sign of stopping my account is still there, and I have not seen any sign of raising my identity or anything to retrieve my account, knowing that I do not know until this moment why it was closed
Is it just your Shopify Payments account that is on hold, or do you also no longer have access to your Shopify admin?
Either way, please contact our support team if you are needing clarity on the situation. I am not able to authenticate you on your account via the Community and therefore cannot provide any information to you about your store. Once you have authenticated yourself and gotten in touch a member of our team will be able to provide you with more information about the status of your Shopify Payments account and your store as a whole.
