Why Shopify in not giving priority to launch features in India?

As a Shopify developer and Merchant, I am very surprised that why Shopify is not giving much priority to India, Some features are still not available. Here are some examples.

1) Shopify payments

2) Shopify collective

As the Third largest economy, I think India has much potential and Shopify has to open the barriers for such things to get many benefits from the ecosystem.

Please clarify properly if it is from country regulatory or it is by Shopify?

Also please give us a clue if it is in scope.
