Why the order cannot be delivered to my domestic market?

Good day experts.

 

I have set up the shop, only realizing the checkout page has problem. I have already set up the shipping rates and also domestic + international market. But when I try to check out with a domestic market address (in my case, Hong Kong), an error message shows up that says the order cannot be delivered there. 

 

Can someone help please? Thank you much in advance.

This is an accepted solution.

I have figured out the problem. I have set up 2 warehouse, say A and B, and while I set up warehouse B as default, it does not use my shipping rate for warehouse B. So I copy the shipping rate for warehouse B to also warehouse A, and now checkout is possible. Hope it would be helpful to other Shopify sellers.
