Why was I suddenly banned from Shopify's payment processing?

I set up POS so I could take card payments at a craft faire and I was thinking of using shopify for my website. I got my card in the mail and my money in their balance account I paid for a few things with it then 2 days later I was banned from payments and they put a hold on my money. I talked to their risk department and they said that the decision was final and would not tell me why. They finally released the hold on my money for me to transfer it out but its bull when I didn't do anything to warrant the attack and made me question shopify it's integrity

I definitely understand where you are coming from regarding this matter however, our Risk team conducts duch reviews on a daily basis and are always using our Acceptable use Policy as a guideline to ensure we are all following the regulations we need to. They have their reasons for not disclosing specific reasons. We appreciate your understanding regarding our internal processes.

Considering I broke none of the uap the lack of reason is concerning.
