Why was my dropshipping order from Zendrop cancelled unexpectedly?

Hi, i just started dropshipping. This last week i prepare my website and also the products i will be selling. Many of that products are Zendrop.

But now i want to test my website. So my dad ordered a product from the website and i got the payment throw paypal and also fullfill the order. When opening the Zendrop app it shows that Cancelled and i dont know what to do.

Also this product cost $5 and i sell it for $14. I got $14 in my paypal account. So my thoughts about this is that part of that money should go to supplier. I thought that all this process was automatic. How can i solve this problem?.
