Hi, my new store has just been set up on Shopify, so I ran a test purchase to make sure customers can buy items.

 

But it will not allow me to complete the order. I have set up a Shopify plan and Sprocket. So what else do I need to do. I've obviously missed something very important.

How far through the payment process can you get before you start having trouble? and are you met with any page errors? Without being able to see your store, it's difficult for me to establish exactly what is happening. If you could please share your store URL I will be able to take a much closer look.
