Why won't my shipping labels print anymore?

Im having trouble printing shipping labels. It’s allowing me to purchase them, I get a new popup to select the paper size, the label pops up and I can select the printer, but when I click print it sends nothing to the printer. This just changed between 1/23/2024 and 1/29/2024.  I just printed like several orders before 1/24/2024 but now it’s not working on new orders. Packaging slips and shipping label test print works fine. Any idea what this could be?

I’m having a similar issue on Shopify Mobile App on my iphone where up until late December I was able to print the shipping label and package receipt as soon as I bought it through shopify. But ever since the new update on my shopify I have been unable to print it and there is no option to choose printer. When I first purchase the label, there is no option to print, it’s almost as if it’s just showing me a picture and no other options until i exit out of shopify and go back to reprint label and then i get an option to print the label but not the receipt. I’d appreciate any help on info on fixing this

Update to my recent post, I just tried again today and it is fixed and there is a print option in the bottom left corner

The option to print the labels is working again.
