Why won't my Visa Debit Card work for monthly payments?

My Visa Debit Card is not letting me make my monthly payment because they said it only takes Credit Cards,  help me please.

Thanks for getting in touch! Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your payment method. Not to worry, I am sure there is an explanation. Are you receiving any error messages when trying to settle your bill? If so, feel free to share a screenshot of the error message here in this thread.

We actually do support both debit and credit cards for monthly billing, these can be seen in our help doc below: 

There are some requirements for the payment type you can look through below:

• Must be a debit card or a post paid credit card (pre-paid credit cards are not supported, but may work)
• Must be cobranded with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex
• Must be capable of accepting international charges in USD
• Must be capable of making online purchases
• Must be capable of accepting recurring billing
• Must have appropriate funds available
• Must enter billing address and details the same as what your bank has on file
• Must not have a restriction on how much the bank will allow to be processed at once

I would suggest getting in touch with your card provider here and checking if everything is above board. There may be some issue that we are unaware of, so it's always a great next step to check with your provider first.
