Why won't Shopify accept my bank letter for payment issues?

I need help my shopify payments are on hold and shopify wont accept my bank letter with my address and name on it and people are trying to purchase stuff and it wont let me use visa and ive tried youtube but shopify has updated since then

Did you perhaps receive any emails sent through to your store's Account Owner's mailbox in regards to your Shopify Payments account? If so, the best course of action here is to reply to that email. Your reply will be sent straight through to our internal Support Team, and we'd then be able to continue assisting you via email.
