Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi!
I had to cancel an order due to an item being out of stock. I refunded the order and then realized I should have canceled it. I'm worried canceling the order will send a second refund which is obviously not ideal, lol.
Any advice on how to handle this?

Cancelling an order won't refund the customer more than what they paid for, so you're good to go.

This worked and it didn't refund extra as their total paid after I refunded them was $0.00.
