Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My query is that if I don't pay, and my account freezes, will fees for forthcoming months be charged after the account freezes?

Thank you for posting this question!
If your store freezes due to a lack of payment, then there will be an outstanding balance that you need to pay in order to reactivate the store. However, any subsequent fees after the store is frozen will stop. If you'd like to learn more, then we've got more information on frozen Shopify stores.
