Will I receive my held payouts after 120 days with no chargebacks?

hello my name is Wendy Colhoun i'm from USA i have a shopify dropshipping store and i was currently working in USA, UK, Canada and Australia markets and when i generated 3k USD sales my shopify store suspended and now my payouts are hold for 120 days please anyone guide me that will i receive my shopify payout after 120 days in my added bank account if there will be no chargeback please someone clear my doubt about it

I can understand this is important, for questions relating to payouts like this it is best to reach out to our live support team as they will have access to your account that we do not have here on the Community Forums.
