Will PayPal payout for an order delivered by hand?

I recently had an order purchased through PayPal. However, instead of shipping the product, I delivered it by hand because the customer was a friend of mine that lived in the city. It has been about a week and I still have not received a payout from PayPal. Will PayPal still send me the money even though the order was delivered by hand and not fulfilled through shipping? The order is still marked as unfulfilled as well and I don’t know how to fulfill it since I delivered in person

You can check out how to fulfill your own orders here on our help site.

Heading to the specific order in question in the Orders menu and clicking on that order itself where you can look for the option to 'Mark as fulfilled'.

We wouldn't be able to provide PayPal-specific support from here in Shopify, so if you need to check in on them to see when an order might be paid out, you can reach out to their support here.
