Wrong Bank Information During Setup

Hey there,

It seems that I too have inputted the wrong bank information during set up.

 

I'm unable to change the bank account because I don't remember what the initial error was.


We just launched our site 2 weeks ago and have not received any payouts yet.

I'm happy to help out with this situation. In order to change sensitive information on your account, we'll first need to authenticate you. I've sent you an email to the email address associated with your Shopify Community account. Please reply to that email and let me know your .myshopify.com URL. If you use an alternate email address to log into your Shopify account, please let me know in the email as well so we can authenticate accordingly. 

I look forward to hearing back and getting this all sorted out.

  • Are you not receiving payouts for orders placed on your site?
  • What payment gateway have payments been processed through on your site? 
  • Do you believe the incorrect banking information was entered during setup?

Ive put the wrong banking info during setup . i have the correct banking info now but i cant remember what i put previously. Please help i have a new store and a few orders. This problem has me at a stand still.

For anyone who currently needs assistance with making changes to sensitive information on an account, in order for us to provide the most efficient support we ask that you head over to the Shopify Help Center and contact our support team via phone, chat or email. 

Here's a link to our Help Center. On that page, follow through the prompts and you'll be shown the currently available methods to contact our support team. Once you're connected with a Support Advisor, they will be able to guide you through the next steps and help make the required changes to your account.
