wrong product please help me to reorder or return my money

I ordered a powerful torched but instead it shows poweful shoe rack in my parcel and it cheapest product and there is no torch in it please help me order number # 29691 my order was a powerful torched kit but what i received is powerful rack and it's not powerful at all bad low quality which is 100-200 rs product

Can you share a full URL of the store? 

But you should report it on

under Fraud.

Thank you for sharing link. I do hope you have reported them already.

Becasue to me, that is a clear scam:

• cgejx1-gp.myshopify.com as store name does not give 1% of a reliable store domain
• 80-90% discounts, clearly not true prices
• homepage have default placeholder image, but Ig guess you can not know that
• there is no contact except for some random email and for address they put hospital in Delhi
