Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have never had a chargeback and am so upset and disgusted their bank would side with them when I was able to prove shipping, delivery, & email contact confirming the item arrived and they were happy with them. Is there a way to contest it further? I am hearing more and more Shopify boutique owners getting chargebacks sided with customers and it is becoming very prevalent and they are just bouncing from small business to small business doing this because they can. We as sellers need better protection.
